Co-founded and helped build a no-code website builder competing in the visual development space. Led product strategy, feature direction, UX architecture, onboarding, branding, SEO, educational content, and overall platform experience across a 5-year period. Generated ~$200k through two AppSumo launches and helped grow the platform to 2,000+ users.
Helped scale VezaDigital from template-based Webflow production into a custom B2B web operation serving enterprise clients including Chili Piper, Grata, TicketSpice, and RegFox. Led a web team of around 10 people across delivery, strategy, QA, design, and development while managing projects ranging from 15 to 100+ pages and supporting $80k-$100k+ website engagements.
Collaborated across multiple client projects involving redesigns, scalable Webflow rebuilds, and conversion-focused improvements. Increased Netdata’s conversion rate by ~35% following a full redesign and rebuilt Wave Grocery’s Webflow infrastructure into a more maintainable and scalable system for the internal team.
Led delivery and operations across 10+ SaaS, AI, and enterprise website projects, managing strategy, execution, QA, and launch across 4-5 concurrent engagements at a time. Built scalable delivery systems from the ground up, handled client relationships directly, and enabled the agency to increase delivery capacity while leadership focused on sales and growth.
